These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the NÜCORE Wellness text-messaging program.

By affirmatively opting in to NÜCORE Wellness text messaging, you agree to receive recurring text messages from NÜCORE at the mobile telephone number you provide.

Messages may include special offers, promotions, event announcements, service information, appointment opportunities, new-service announcements, wellness and recovery information, and other NÜCORE marketing communications.

Your consent to receive marketing text messages from NÜCORE is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or entering a giveaway, sweepstakes, or promotion.

Providing your telephone number for purposes such as entering a giveaway, requesting information, or scheduling an appointment does not by itself enroll you in recurring marketing text messages.

Message frequency varies.

The number and frequency of messages you receive may depend upon NÜCORE promotions, events, services, and your interactions with us.

Your wireless carrier may charge you according to the terms of your mobile service plan. NÜCORE is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

You may cancel your participation in the NÜCORE SMS program at any time by replying:

STOP to a NÜCORE marketing text.

After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive a one-time message confirming your request. You will no longer receive marketing messages from that SMS program unless you subsequently opt in again.

The FCC requires covered robocallers and robotexters to honor revocation requests made through reasonable methods, and current rules governing revocation took effect in 2025.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is outside NÜCORE's complete control.

NÜCORE may modify or discontinue its SMS program or these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time, subject to applicable law. Updates will be reflected by changing the effective date of these Terms.
